Privacy / Plain-language notice

Your email is not a commodity.

Critical Minerals Directory collects your email address so it can verify free access to the complete register and, where you consent, send occasional directory updates. It also records the time of consent, verification, unsubscribe requests and limited technical context such as IP address and browser identifier to protect the service and keep an auditable consent record.

What we store

How it is used

Your email is used only to operate register access, send requested service emails and deliver occasional Critical Minerals Directory updates. It is not sold. Service providers may process it solely to host the subscriber record or deliver email.

Your choices

Every directory update includes an unsubscribe route. Unsubscribing stops update emails but does not cancel verified register access. You may also request access, correction or deletion by emailing team@criticalminerals.directory.

Processors and retention

Subscriber records are hosted on managed infrastructure operated by Supabase. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. Consented directory updates are delivered through MailerLite, which processes the email address and campaign events needed for delivery, suppression and reporting, such as bounces, unsubscribes, opens and link interactions. Records are retained while access remains active or while reasonably needed for security, consent evidence and applicable compliance obligations, then removed or anonymised.
